We started the day with a breakfast at Shoney’s.

Today the ride was real fun. There were a 'few' hills... so peddling, peddling and peddling! My knees are gone now I am writing this.

But the weather was beautiful and so was the landscape around us. That makes it easier to bare.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

But we still had a lot of technical problems. It got very crowded in the bus.

After hours of peddling we reached Springfield. Joe Baues from ABC television recorded us for the ten o'clock news.
We all sat around the television.

After that we went to Cruisin’ 66. A dealer of Victory bikes.
