'Henk had speed on the chains!'

As usual we had breakfast at 6, and drove our VeloSolexes a bit after 7. Yes everybody except Dirk and me. We drove the wrong way and after we all found the correct route we drove the right way.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Boy, there where some mean hills today. But our VeloSolexes get used to them already. Tjonge jonge er zaten toch een paar gemene bulten in de route. Maar de Solexies zijn er al aan gewend. Het lijkt net of ze elke dag een sIt seem they get stronger by the day.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

We visited such an old gas-station in Carthage. That was great.
The owner liked it we all went in, and of cause a lot of pictures were taken.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

agenoeg probleemloos 150 km te hebben gereden hebben we in Baxterspring nog even een museumpie bezocht. We mochten daar ter herinnering onze namen op de muur schrijven.

After 100 miles we visited a little museum in Baxtersprings. We could write our names on the wall there.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

After that on to the hotel, get a shower, a dinner and go to sleep.

Baxter Springs is in Kansas, that's the thirth state on our trip.
