Today from Alberquerque to Gallup. It would be great with the sun in the face, but than you would ride to the east.....
A beautiful climb in the city. After that we came in the land we know from the books, movies and television.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The first climb is a real one. It meant walking next to the VeloSolex for Ben and Martijn. A lot of nice mountains and other nature.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Because of the wind blowing of the west at 55 miles per hour, we went very slowly sometimes. To make it complete we also had some rainshowers.

It was a heavy ride today.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

When we arrived in Gallup, we heard it was really bad weather in Alberqueruque. But we won't complain and say it is a nice day.
Motel 'El Rancho' should be a nice motel, Ronald Reagan slept there.

Ben, René, Martijn and Harm probably got his room. It looked like the BomSquad had been there. There were no matrasses in the beds.
